Having the right permits and licences for your premises and equipment is most important, and can be quite confusing if you have not dealt with these before. With the introduction of the Gambling Act 2008 on 1st September 2007, there have been various changes to the permits needed in order to have gaming machines on your premises. The most important change being that all permits are now dealt with by your local Council and not the Court.
I can help you apply for these permits, a service we offer free of charge to all our customers. It is also a legal requirement to have a Customs & Excise licence for certain types of amusement machines.
