Having the right licences or permits for your premises and equipment is most important, this can be quite confusing if you have not dealt with them before. It is a requirement of the Gaming Machine Act to have either a Part III registration or Section 34 Permit, in order to have gaming machines on your premises.

I can help you apply for these licences/permits, a service we offer free of charge to all our customers. It is also a legal requirement to have a Customs & Excise licence for certain types of amusement machines.
